Rinse fish and pat dry.
Season the stakes with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until fish is opaque and cooked through.

10 medium carrots, boiled
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
Boiling carrots:
Place carrots in a pot; make sure the carrots are covered with water.

Put the carrots on a plate and let them cool.
Preparation:
Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion and sauté until golden brown.
Remove onion from pan.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry haddock fillets for a few minutes
until cooked through.
Grate the carrots.
In a large frying pan, combine carrots, onion and fish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.
