24 Keys for Overcoming Difficult Times

Having the right mindset is extremely important for overcoming difficult times.  When difficult times occur, we can feel devastated, betrayed, angry, depressed, confused and overwhelmed.  These are normal feelings and reactions to difficult times.  Oftentimes, these understandable emotions interfere and can actually prevent us from successfully overcoming difficult times.  We must make certain that are painful emotions don't neutralize our ability to set successful goals.

Learning to think for success and overcome painful emotions is necessary for overcoming difficult times.  In this post I would like to have you consider 24 keys for overcoming difficult times.

The first nine keys were written by Alvin Soon and were entitled  9 Keys For Overcoming Difficult Times.  The next 15 keys were written by me and are the major systematic, thought processes for success in my North Star Mental Fitness Program.
