Firstly, let me begin by apologising for my absence here on the blog for the past week. I underestimated the toll my final week at work and all the pre-Christmas happenings that I’ve had on would take on my energy levels and ability to find the time to write. It’s with this in mind that I’m going to continue to have a little rest now till the new year.
I’ll be back on January 1st though with a load of new ideas and topics and I’m super excited about my plans for the new year. You can look forward to seeing a whole bunch more recipes, I’ve got a couple more series on the burner too and a plenty of product reviews to unleash as well. Good times.
I’m officially on maternity leave now which is wonderful and have arrived in Mitta Mitta safe and sound to visit with my sister and her husband before Chrissy. I hope that you have a lovely Christmas break, wherever in the world you are, and I so look forward to meeting up with you all back here again in the new year. It’s been lovely meeting some new people and a great and rewarding challenge taking this baby from a seed of an idea to an actual site that functions and people respond to. I’m constantly surprised at what I’m able to achieve here, small steps as they are at this stage, and I’m loving every minute of it.
