18th Week: A Return to Reality and a Request For Your Feedback!

Posted Sep 22 2008 5:37pm

It's been a week since my return from some much needed time off from work and training.  Not only do I feel physically refreshed but I feel mentally focused as well.  I got back into the gym last week and had some of the best workouts since I started training again earlier this year.

I can't stress enough how important giving yourself a break is.  Find a way to take a little vacation or just a few days off from work to relax and recharge.  Of course if you are able to take a full week then by all means go for it!

My resveratrol intake has remained the same and I continue to feel the same benefits I have for months.  The micronized resveratrol has slightly increased the effects I felt on the 99% non-micronized version.  More importantly I can only hope the effects I can't feel like longevity and cell health are taking place.  I'll let you all know in 80 years.

On to a separate topic.  I could really use your help and here's why:

It's been five months and over 50 posts since I started this blog back in May.  Since then I've learned a great deal not only about resveratrol, but about the people who use it.  Many of you have contacted me privately with questions, comments about the blog, or just to say hi, and I really appreciate that.

As a blogger there are a few things that keep you writing articles and posting information.  Below are a few of the reasons why I do it:

  • I am interested in Resveratrol and health; writing this blog keeps me up to date on what's new in both fields.
  • I enjoy sharing what I learn with others who have similar interests.
  • This site gives me a break from work stress.
  • Most importantly, what keeps me doing this, are the comments and emails I receive from different people all over the world.

The last point is where I am going to ask for your help.  Please help build this site by posting comments and sharing your knowledge or by asking questions.   I know many of you have information to share and posting it will only help us all learn more.  I truly look forward to the email alerts I get telling me a new comment was made on the site.

Is there a topic you want to hear more about?  Please let me know and I'll research it and create a post about it.

Live Longer,

Markus
