It may or may not have included:
Weekly Workout Review:
Sunday- Cardio: 40 min. on bike and treadmill
Monday- Cardio/weights: 20 min. elliptical, 40 min. all-over weights
Tuesday- Cardio: 4 mile walk around our neighborhood and 45 min. bike ride outside
Friday- Cardio/weights: 20 min. treadmill, 40 min. all-over weights
Saturday- Cardio: 50 min. spin class
Workout total: 255min. + (4 mile untimed walk)!
Monday starts half-marathon training… 13.1 miles, you are going down!
