If you’ve been following me for more than a day, you’ve probably noticed that I love salmon.
I’d hate to even tally up the number of times I’ve written about it on this blog, but I’m guessing it would be somewhere in the ballpark of one million and sixty-two times.
Over the years, I’ve put lots of salmon recipes to the test at home, and I’ve rounded them up to share with you today. Most of them are super quick and easy, but all of them are tasty and worthy of making for company.
As far as sides for these recipes, I’ll always have some brown rice or quinoa and loads of veggies with my salmon dishes. Often times, I’ll just add my salmon to a big green salad.
Again, super simple- and healthy!
The salmon cakes are one of my favorite go-to recipes for weeknights. MT and I had them just last week for dinner actually.
However, if I had to choose a favorite from the list, I’d have to go with the Baked Dijon Salmon. It is incredible!
There are times when I don’t follow a specific recipe, and all I do is add a little olive oil or Earth Balance and season with some salt and pepper. That’s always a winner!
Do you enjoy salmon? If so, what is your favorite recipe? Links are welcome.
Have a great day!

I wish I like salmon…I really do. My hubby loves it, and I have tried it different ways, but I am just not a fish/sea food girl! …I came over from the “April Favorite Things” link party, but cant seem to find your favorite things post?? Did I miss it?
I can’t wait to try these. I am really horrible at cooking fish. I grew up in house where fish were not allowed, mom thought it was gross, so I am learning to cook these things. I love salmon when we are out, but need more practice at home!
Exactly! There could be worse addictions. By the way, my mom used to eat beets like mad as a child because my grandmother told her that they’d give her naturally rosy cheeks. If that is true, you can probably toss out all of your blush!
Mr. Craves made his own ugly drum smoker and one of our favorites is smoked beets. He peels the beets and wraps the beets in their leaves (cleans them of course) and then wraps them in foil. The beets steamed in their own leaves and the smoke makes the sugars come out, so sweet and tasty – YUM!
HUGE salmon fan over here, too! It’s one of our go-to meals. I generally just add S&P and EVOO, bake for 20 minutes with a separate pan of veggies, and voila–super easy, healthy, tasty meal! I could use some variations, so I will def try some of your options here! Love the roundup!
OH MAN – I love me some salmon with lemon and dill. But have you ever had the salmon and asparagus salad from Bonefish grill? I make it at home all the time – it has goat cheese and pinenuts, too. YUM!
