I don’t have clever names for my workouts, like The Gun Show Workout or Tank Top Ready Arms or Arm-Flab-Be-Gone, blah. Anyway, I got up after feeding the little B man and took him on a 30 minute run with me. He is a lot easier to push than little G man, not that 22 months and 10 lbs makes much of a difference
Then I got home, sent my man off to work and did a 10 minute arm workout. It was sort of a tabata style, but altered a tad. Instead of just 4 minutes (8 rounds) of high intensity, I did 10 minutes (20 rounds) of these 5 exercises at a medium intensity. Needless to say my arms are shaking still.
Oh, and I got another addition to my running wardrobe – Nike drifit running capris. LOVE
