1-Minute Meditation to Reduce Stress & Anxiety

Are you feeling anxious or stressed? Do you experience anxiety or stress a lot more often than you’d like to?

It can be eally easy for us to become disconnected from our inner soul sister when we don’t have really specific, on-the-spot tools to deal with what’s coming up for us every day. The little stresses and anxieties are not going to be combated by a morning meditation alone. While having a morning meditation practice is rad, it’s really important to have some spiritual tools in your back pocket that you can grab at any point in time. 

So, today, I have a 1-minute meditation (yes ,ONE MINUTE!)  for you that, if you use every day, will totally change your life. This meditation will greatly help you to tone down your anxiety and amp up your inner calm. Take this with you every day whenever you start to get bugged out, use it.

You just need one minute.
