Some of my co-workers wanted to take me out to lunch yesterday (since my last few days at the office are winding down). We went to a Japanese Steakhouse called Kabuto , and I ordered the veggie entree.
The highlight was listening to the waiter sing, “Rice rice baby!” as he served the rice. I’m so easily entertained.
As for the food- it was really good, but I was stuffed!
For dinner, I wanted something on the lighter side, so I baked some tofu and butternut squash (tossed in olive oil, cinnamon, and sea salt) and threw them on a bed of greens and veggies.
After dinner, I was still a little hungry, so I made a warm vanilla cinnamon drink consisting of cinnamon (I’m telling ya- I put it in everything!), unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, and stevia.
This was so yummy and creamy. I’ll be sipping on this a lot!
