Can repetitive motion on dominant side from computer work, tension, anxiety cause tight muscles from pec in front trap in back up neck behind and around ear causing muscle pain

and tinnitus.  All tests taken nothing showing

and I was told it is a muscle problem need physical therapy I have been to ent and they said I have only age related slight hearing loss in one ear so I do have painful right neck and shoulder and it seems to affect my hearing.  Any information we would be helpful.  Thanks Patty
