5 Stars Transformed my brain!
This book helped me recognize how I was “thinking” about my eating habits. Within the first three pages I felt a switch go off in my brain and I realized that the yo-yo dieting I had been doing my ENTIRE life was a result of mindless eating habits that could totally be broken by following these four steps. I went from a size 16 to a 10/12 in five months and have never been more content with myself and my new eating lifestyle. Highly recommend this book to anyone who has battled weight issues their whole life. This book can be transforming if you embrace it!

I have used Joy’s books to help me lose weight and keep it off. Her programs are easy to follow but it does take the individual to stick with it. I have book her other books for friends and family and you can notice the people that have used her books.

2 Stars Complicated yet unclear
The food plan part of this book seemed rather jumbled and was not helpful to me. But the success stories that were included all through the book were very positive, inspirational, and encouraging.
