Good morning! It’s Wednesday, right? Happy Hump Day!
I woke up famished this morning! My alarm went off at 5:05, but I was much more interested in food than exercise. I thought about eating a small snack before the gym, but my hunger was much too intense for just a snack. I decided to skip the gym and eat breakfast super early.
I’m not sure if this is a good idea or bad idea? I generally eat on a schedule, so I have a feeling today’s meals are going to be a bit out of whack. I suppose it’ll be good practice for some intuitive eating! I’ll let ya know how it goes!
This morning’s meal was a (vegan) breakfast wrap of sorts. Inside was banana slices, pecans, raisins, pumpkin seeds, and peanut butter.
First, I smeared peanut butter on the wrap then topped with the other ingredients.
When I folded the wrap in half, I mushed the banana into the other ingredients to help “hold” them inside before cutting the wrap into more manageable triangles. Not a single pumpkin seed fell out!
