For our family, a nourished life extends beyond our kitchen to nearly every aspect of our home. Sure, what you put in you’re body is extremely important to your overall health, but that’s not to say we should ignore what we put on our bodies. In our home, we’ve ditched shampoo (no, it’s not as gnarly as you might think!) and make good use of natural skincare products and, for me, cosmetics. Because I feel that avoiding chemicals not only in our foods, but also in our personal care products, I list natural skin care products on the resources page.
