I hope everyone’s week is going well so far. I’ve been on a role every evening organizing our office, cleaning out drawers and getting rid of cluttering paperwork that has been sitting around for far too long. I guess I’m definitely nesting!
Anyhow, since it’s Wednesday and I actually remembered to take pictures of most of my meals yesterday, I’m joining Jenn for another What I Ate Wednesday!
Here is what I’ve been craving lately at almost 36 weeks pregnant (or at least yesterday, anyways)…
My everyday favorite these days: a nice warm bowl of oats mixed with chia and flaxseed and topped with Paleo Sweet Tooth honey almond butter (that I can’t seem to get enough of!) and bananas.
A “Mega Wrap” using P28 High Protein Flatbread and loading with turkey, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, artichoke hearts, wax peppers and a little yogurt jalapeno dip from Costco with a few leftover broiled zucchinis on the side. For the past few days all I have craved for lunch are wraps!
A few of my latest addiction: peanut butter filled pretzels!
Dinner:Mediterranean Chicken In the Crock Pot over whole wheat noodles and steamed broccoil with a sprinkle of brewers yeast.
A Gluten-Free Whole Wheat Banana Bar With Cream Cheese Frosting that went eaten without a picture, sorry!
