White Tea and its Health Benefits

Certainly, you know everything there is to know about the health benefits of green tea, but perhaps you aren't aware that white tea (which has a lighter, more delicate flavor than its "pigmented" counterpart) is actually the least processed form of tea with the most antioxidants and the least caffeine. According to microbiologists, white tea is great for blasting viruses and bacteria, as it destroys over 80 percent of viruses within 10 minutes. Also, because of high antioxidant levels, it might actually be the most powerful form of tea when it comes to preventing cancer and inhibiting cell mutations.
