
It's hard to get an exact idea of what the issue might be with so little information. But my recommendation would be to 1. reduce your sugar intake which means all processed and white breads, rice, pasta and sugars. 2. Avoid wheat and gluten for a week and see if you notice a difference. Instead eat wheat free oats, quinoa and whole foods. It's possible you get wobbly from an insulin rush or some food intolerances are manifested in dizziness and a spacey feeling after consuming the food.
