I've got a great new take on chicken salad. I usually use canned low fat low sodium chicken. Just drain it and use a fork to separate. Then throw in some prepackage broccoli slaw, chopped grapes (any variety) almond slivers and add a dollop of yogurt. Stir it up and you've got a meal. I love to have a few of the new All-Bran crackers with it as well.
It's so much better than the old mayo heavy kind.

It is nice to share healthy eating habits, and wellsphere is a great place to do that? What is your current favorite dinner?
Mine is falafel and salad.
I make my falafel our of organic tinned chick peas, raisons, dates, cumin, cayenne pepper, basil and garlic. Blend it all up, preferably with a hand held blender. Then bake it on a low tempurature for 15 minutes. Serve with large salad of organic green lettuce, tomato, carrot, avocado, finely chopped brussels sprouts, broccoli, and some olive oil and cider vinager. Delicious and it won't make your blood sugar fluctuate!
