What is best for weight loss or just general health - Almond milk, soy milk, or skim milk?

There are so many theories out there about which kind is best for you. I'm curious what the Wellsphere community has to say on this topic.

Your body doesn't necessarily need milk, but it does need calcium.  For adults and children ages 2 and up, I'd suggest skim milk based off my personal preference.   If you don't drink cow's milk, there are plenty of other ways to get calcium in your diet.  Soy milk, almond milk and rice milk are great substitutes.
