I love Wednesdays because it is a chance to share some of the things I have been eating lately (or check-in on my eating rather) and gain ideas from what others are eating. With that being said, here is another edition of What I Ate Wednesday, thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons for always hosting!

OneFunky Monkey Cookie (NEW RECIPE!)
Breakfast:No Oat Oatmeal with spinach and topped with almond butter, strawberries and raspberries along with a creamy cappuccino.
A slice of this beautiful Tomato Ricotta Tart( NEW RECIPE) that I made this morning for my grandma’s visit, along with an apple walnut salad (not pictured, sorry).
A handful of one my favorite store-bought trail mixes, thanks to Costco!
Dinner (from last night):Massaged Kale Greek Salad …one of my favorites!
