Breakfast – Vietnamese-style coffee and a pea protein smoothie
2nd Breakfast – Ok, ok this was my mid-morning snack. A cashew cherry pure bar .
Lunch – Grilled chicken and a slice of cheddar on 2 slices of Ezekial bread .
Midday Munchies – Broccoli and homemade hummus.
Dinner - Vegan minestrone soup.
