hello, i'm Emerald, and 20. I was reading the "Flat Belly Diet" book by Prevention. the first chapter i was amazed that monounsaturated fatty acids can help prevent weight, and prevent most cancer and diseases. but i was wanting to know what types of foods there are that contains monounsaturated fatty acids. i'm writing in a scap-book about a summery of what i read in the Flat Belly Diet book..
