What foods are there that contains monounsaturated fatty acids?

hello, i'm Emerald, and 20. I was reading the "Flat  Belly Diet" book by Prevention. the first chapter i was amazed that monounsaturated fatty acids can help prevent weight, and prevent most cancer and diseases. but i was wanting to know what types of foods there are that contains monounsaturated fatty acids. i'm writing in a scap-book about a summery of what i read in the Flat Belly Diet book..

Monunsaturated fats are in things like olive oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil and sesame oil.  Other sources include avocados, peanut butter, and many nuts and seeds.  Be careful, though, too many nuts and avocadoes might add to weight gain.  One other thing to know about getting a flat stomach is that detoxifying the liver is an important part of the equation.
