
Psyllium would be one recommendation. 1 tsp with put in a glass mixed with water and drink. It has a goppy texture. You must drink at least 8 glasses of water when upping your fibre content. Another excellent choice would be either ground flax seed or chia seed, both are high in fibre and high in omega 3 anti inflammatory oils.

its been more than 11 days since i had a ONE day bout of food poisoning .. my stools have not normalized .. i.e. still loose and when i need to go, i need to go immediately :(( .. thankfully it is only ONCE per DAY ..
