
hmm. It seems unlikely unless you have an allergy or intolerance to soy. Then with a food reaction anything is possible from skin rashes to a feeling of spaciness. Does the feeling go away when you take the soy out of your diet?
I suggest going off the soy sauce for a full 7 days and gaging your body's reaction. It's not great to have the same thing every single day. It's a recipe for creating a food intolerance.

i have soy sauce daily on my chicken, fish or turkey. i exercise daily and drink at least 2 litres of water daily. i'm wondering if the soy sauce is having a negative effect on my body because i feel more tired than usual and i'm a bit vague!
