When reading nutrition labels on food products how much Carbohydrates is a healthy limit when on a low carbohydrate diet? Also the same question regarding protein, fat, sodium. I want foods high in protein and low in fat, sodium, calories, and carbohydrates. What is a good guidline for these requirements in the foods that I buy?
Thanks,
