Do you ever just have one of those days? Yesterday was it for me and I’m so glad that it’s over, that today is Thursday and tomorrow is Friday!
I got home from work yesterday just in time to save our ceiling in the kitchen from falling to the ground–there was a leak coming from one of our bathrooms upstairs. Luckily I called our property managers and they rushed a plumber out to save the day and fix it (we hope).
While the plumber was there I was able to make my green smoothie! HA There’s always time to fit one in obviously!

- Spinach
- Oats
- Flaxseed
- Almond Milk
- Frozen Mango
- 1/2 Frozen Banana

The mango was so sweet and tangy, I loved it!
SO after the plumber left I went to check my email and blog… I couldn’t get on my site! I of course freaked out and spent most of my night on the phone with my Web Host and good friend who basically created my whole website. I don’t speak computer and I definitely don’t know what to do when things aren’t working properly so after many phone calls and some tears
everything seems to up and working again!
MAJOR thanks to my friend once again!!!
Whew!
Once everything was looking better, I needed to let out some steam and it was already too late to get to the gym, so I jumped on the treadmill out in our garage and RAN!
I don’t know what got into me, maybe it was all of the stress, but I ran for 11 minutes straight! I know that for most this is an easy task; however, for me this is quite the accomplishment since I am soooo not a runner. There were a few times that I almost stopped to walk or get off but luckily I didn’t, I just kept going because I knew that I could. I’m really excited to work on my time and to see what I can actually do! Yay!
Nothing too excited for dinner last night due to everyhing that was going on, so breakfast this morning was just what I needed, a favorite…Egg Whites and Turkey Sausage!

So good!
