I’m in a sharing mood today. Want to see what’s in my gym bag? C’mon, I know you do!
My gym bag was actually pretty clean today. Usually, there’s a lot more crap in it, like receipts, coupons, trash, crumpled magazine pages, loose change, headbands, dog toys, etc.
Here’s what was inside it today:

What’s in your gym bag? Anything really random?
Before heading to the gym, I snacked on half of a toasted English muffin with almond butter spread on top. The combination of carbs, protein, and fat make this little snack perfect for satisfying my mid-morning sugar craving.
After the gym, I ate the other half of the English muffin with more almond butter spread on top and the rest of the honey-roasted root vegetables . I’m not going to lie, I was getting pretty sick of them!
Now, I’m craving iced coffee . I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or a bad idea? Having caffeine after noon sometimes keeps me up at night, but a Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee would taste so amazing right now. I guess there’s always decaf, right?
