It was in the news recently that the Westin in Dallas is going to start offering SuperFoods as the main ingredients in some of there signature dishes. This healthy initiative is going to start in the hotel in Dallas, then try its hand at 25 other locations across the US.
They will be adding ingredients that "play off of each other," with the science of SuperFood. The company they are partnering with for this venture is called SuperFoodsRx.
I'm excited to learn more about this - and also, to see what types of prices they charge. As hotel food is typically more expensive, I hope they don't do anything ridiculous and give the health benefits behind Superfoods a bad name.
