Weight Watchers has released a Thanksgiving Day plan, where you can eat a so-called normal dinner and it all comes to 44 points. That means you can spend 24 regular points plus 20 flex points and still come out okay for the week. They have included a plan for the day after Thanksgiving as well. I'd rather just enjoy the day, but if you want to indulge without feeling too bad about it, you may want to follow their plan. Be warned, there's only room for one glass of wine!
