5 Stars Great book if you love to cook, but need to get food on the table fast
I am a full time working wife who also happens to be the ‘full time cook’ of the house. So naturally I look for cookbooks that contain recipes which are both healthy and tasty, but I can also get onto the table in under 30 minutes from the time I walk in the door at 6 PM. Five stars for this book, which has been a staple resource for my meal planning for the last several months that I’ve owned it.

There is a very diverse selection of different types of foods and ingredients if you feel like cooking “adventurously”. They have recipes for every kind of meat, including fish and shellfish and of course meatless dishes as well. They have recipes that borrow from Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Mediterranean and of course good old fashioned American cooking styles. And of course I can’t forget to mention the helpful abundance of photographs.

My only caution would be that if you’re on a tight budget, this may not be the best choice of cookbook because some of the ingredients in this book aren’t necessarily cheap, and they assume you must have a well stocked spice rack.

I consider these recipes to be around moderate level for people who aren’t afraid to break out the dutch oven or the cuisinart for preparing their meals. So, if you consider yourself an adventurous, moderately proficient cook, who needs to find delicious, HEALTHY recipes that can be made quickly, then I couldn’t recommend this book highly enough.

5 Stars Lots of variety!
I love WW cookbooks. They always use everday items and their Registered Dieticians do an amazing job of creating really tasty food! I use this book and the “Five Ingredient,15 Minute” cookbook the most. My sister received this book as a gift, so I got to look through it first. It’s excellent! By the by…I have lost 15 pounds using the WW recipes exclusively.

I can’t say enough good things about Weight Watchers recipes. They’re delicious, and can be served for anyone at any time. Whenever I cook for someone else I get only accolades. This book is no exception, many easy to make recipes that are tasty and healthy. The book arrived in a few days and it was just like new. Excellent condition.
