Weight Loss Success: To find out your own potential that you do not realized

Being a personal weight management coach for several years as of today, I came to realized one thing. People that is undergo a weight management program in a healthy way through changing of diet, eating the right food, taking good care of personal food intake, they all have 1 thing in common.

They have the determination, self discipline and consistency to achieve their weight loss success. Is this habits born with the individual person? No, it not born with it. It’s self development process that allows someone to achieve that. It required mindset shift and doing something out of their comfort zone.

They need to open to and follow what the coach ask them to do. They need to learn and understand how to lose weight and they need to throw away the old information and beliefs that they used to understand about how to lose weight that are not giving them results. They are willing to accept the new information that will be able to help them to achieve the weight loss success.

These group of people understand clearly that weight loss success does not comes easy and they are willing to pay the price of it. The price like the time (lose weight is not an overnight thing), learning to be a discipline person, and be consistent during their weight loss journey.

I know very clearly that some people that has 2 or 3 coaches at the same time will usually gets no results. This is because, the 2 or 3 coaches are successful in teaching people how to lose weight, but do not forget that different coach have different ways of teaching. If you are getting advise from so many coaches, the chances of you will be lost in the journey of weight loss and that will lead you to frustration. Just follow one coach and you are on the way to success.

When someone already have weight issues, this clearly shows that they are too comfortable with where they are. They enjoy eating without watching or considering what will be the effects of putting those junkies or unhealthy food into their body. They enjoy drinking sweet drinks and not plain water. Weight loss success required you to get out of the comfort zone. You can’t continue to do what you are currently doing and you expect success come just like that.

You can interview or get to know people who has successfully lose their weight. Ask them what is the price they pay for the success. They will tell you the same thing, willing to change, self discipline and be patient.

If they are not willing to change, there is no point to start the weight management program with me at all. This is because I know, what will be the end results like. If you really want to be successful with your weight loss journey, you need to be ready to change. And your coach will be there to support and guide you through your journey to weight loss success.

Only start with a weight management program only if you are ready to commit to your weight loss success. Don’t waste your money, time and effort by just trying. Trying won’t get you success. Commit you bring you unbelievable results.
