Weekly Meal and Fitness Plan (3/22-3/29)

Sundays are always days of cleaning/laundry, some grocery shopping and planning my meals and fitness for the week! I like to feel organized and less stressed going in to a new work week, and nothing helps more than knowing what I’m going to make each night, what I’m going to do for a workout each day and having a clean house.


My workouts are going to be something like this.  The cardio class is at night, otherwise I try to get my workouts in first thing in the morning- just the way I like it.



Tues- Cardio class/bootcamp

Wed- Core and yoga class



Sat- Power yoga

I had such a fun weekend with my hubby’s family who came to visit for a long weekend and since they left early this morning I took it a little easy on my food prep for the week in exchange for a little more cleaning and lounging to feel rested for the upcoming week.  I did manage to bake some acorn squashes for breakfasts/lunches, make an apple coconut almond salad, bake some (unpictured) salmon burgers, and make some chia pudding in an empty almond butter jar for tomorrow’s breakfast.


For the rest of the week I plan on making:

Mon- Steak, brussels sprouts with brown butter and simple side salad

Tues- Indian cabbage and green pepper with sun-dried tomato chicken sausages

Wed- Tomato curry chicken breasts/drumsticks, cauliflower rice and side salad

Thurs- Sweet potato hash with spiced ground turkey

Fri- Grilled Ahi ahi tuna, parsnips and sweet potatoes and kale salad

Should be a great week of meals!  I’m trying some new recipes and flavors, so my tastebuds are pretty pumped for some excitement.
