Last weekend I wrote a Weekend What I Want post outlining how I was hoping the weekend would play out. I started writing this weeks edition yesterday. I wish I could say I was so busy hanging out with friends that it didn’t get finished in time. But in reality my excuse is that I was just dead tired. Either way here is this weekends edition just a wee bit late:
Weekend What I Want To Accomplish:
Clean out my closet. It’s that time of year when I finally get to do the wardrobe exchange. Yes, that’s right when the winter clothes go buh-bye, and the summer clothes get there time to shine (or be shined on depending if the sun comes out) I am probably jumping the gun with this, seeing as yesterdays weather was beyond dreary, but the 14 day forecast is looking good!
Get through another day of work without pulling out my hair. I’m still working Saturdays, as well as my week job, which means six days in a row = dead tired. Thank goodness this was my last day at this Saturday job, although it was actually really sad to say buh-bye!
Weekend What I Want To Eat:
I’ve recently had a craving for some babba ganush. I haven’t had this stuff in a long time, perhaps because it seems like such a summer food to me. Either way this weekend is the perfect time to satisfy my hankering for this delish dip.
A summer fresh snack plate of fruit….…or veggies! It doesn’t need to be a summer sunshine day to enjoy a summer sunshine snack. My guess would be that I will end up dipping some summer fresh veggies in the babba ganush!
