It’s official- Lindsay/Beccah/Nyssa and I have become the DIY(do- it- yourself) wedding team of the S & S wedding! We are on a roll- from cutting 200 napkins by hand, organizing an idea for the place cards, and purchasing TONS of bottle lanterns for the table-we’re getting down the list!! Go Team Go!
Since it’s officially less than 6 weeks til my wedding- wedding stuff is going to be large part of the MFR- get excited!
I started my day with a circuit workout at the H gym( approved by Brad!). My workout included:
deadlifts
robot shoulders
single leg riser squats
pushups
chin up
biceps curl
upright rows
reverse lunges( did not go well- so I stopped)
triceps extensions
After training a client and completing my workout- I came home, foam rolled my legs,and quickly defrosted some turkey chili from the freezer. I wanted to start my day with a strong meal filled with beans, vegetables and lean protein.
From there, I drove to Simmons to meet with Elise to fine-tune our research. Then, cut a TON of napkins with Beccah and took a puppy walk with Luna.
From there I got in the car(again!) and drove to pick up my sister for my second dress fitting.
I thought I would share a tiny piece of my dress and veil… Sarah had to learn how to tie the bustle tonight… yikes!
After our very productive trip to the seamstress we drove to Whole Foods for a salad. They have a phenomenal salad bar at this one Whole Foods ! I topped my salad with: summer squash, snap peas, roasted sweet potatoes, olives, chickpeas, kale, and lentils! Yummy!
Tomorrow I have spin and some sessions in the am, Pure Barre at noon with Nys, and some qt with the little ladies in the afternoon-I can’t wait!
