Want a Snack? Try Some Dark Chocolate

Not everyone knows that dark chocolate is high in flavonoids, which fight free radicals. That's good news for sweet tooths everywhere; in fact, just a moderate dose of chocolate per day can reduce blood pressure and cut your risk of stroke and heart attack. A single bar of dark chocolate, which tends to be purer than most milk chocolates, can actually be quite healthy, and it's even better than an apple (which only has 20 percent of a chocolate bar's flavonoids) when you want a quick sugar fix.
