Veggie Smoothie

2 Ripe Whole Tomato's

1 Ripe Red Pepper

Half of a Cucumber (I know it isn't red but it gives the smoothie a nice freshness)

1 Very good blender...


Cut the veggies into reasonably small chunks and add them to blender.

Add a cup of water and lots of salt and pepper to taste (aswell as any other seasoning you may like) 

Blend until smooth...


Note: The taste is quite bland I find if not mixed with a bit of V8 or Clamato, if you are looking for a low sodium option V8 low sodium would be a good choice, or a small can of crushed tomato's with low sodium would indeed give this smoothie a more thicker texture.
