As my husband says, this place is like Blossoming Lotus meets Burgerville. Steve has been tinkering around with eating more plant-based protein sources and The Veggie Grill is perfect for when he is craving classic junk-food. Seriously, my husband loves this place.
Steve's favorite is the Buffalo Bomber which is Crispy Chickin' tossed with spicy buffalo sauce, tomato, red onion, lettuce, ranch dressing + avocado.

There are so many great recipes in the cookbook and I plan on making a few this week. I also have a bean in my bonnet that I would like to take one of Mark Reinfield's Vegan Cooking Immersion Classes. Hmm.... I will have to save my pennies but I think it my be a nice addition to my toolbox of skills. What do you think? Food for Thought.
