Unlock The Taste of Summer - Rawfully Tempting Participating in "Cook-off"

How excited I was when I was contacted by Veria TV to participate in this exciting event. Chef Andrea Beaman is making guest appearances in several cities and demonstrating the use of fresh summer ingredients in simple, nutritious presentations. Yours truly was invited to "compete" in the cook-off with several other foodies, which will take place on June 26th, 2011, at the Glastonburry, Ct Whole Foods . Since they are referring to it as a "cook-off", I believe that I'm the only raw chef participating, but they are keeping that under wraps, so I don't know for sure.
