I love love… and everything that goes along with it, including engagement parties!
Last night, Mal and I celebrated our friends’ recent engagement at Union Street in Newton.
The private room upstairs at Union Street was perfect for an engagement party. Everyone could gather together to celebrate, but there was plenty of room to move around and mingle.
The bridesmaids coordinated a good-sized buffet of appetizers, including spinach artichoke dip, bruschetta, wings, and mini sliders. I had already eaten dinner, so I didn’t end up munching on anything from the buffet. (Mal said the sliders were really good!)
I did, however, enjoy 1.5 cupcakes!
I love cupcakes… almost as much as I love love.
Over the course of the evening, I drank a glass of wine, a big beer, and a couple of glasses of water.
More than 50 people came out for Beth and Caleb’s engagement celebration. It was a PAR-TAY!
