Understanding Friends and Family with Food Allergies

When you have a specific food allergy  or celiac disease, you take the time to learn exactly what you can't eat, how to make your kitchen at home safe from contamination, and which restaurants are more accommodating and which to avoid.  However, it is easy to forget that your friends and family who don't keep a gluten-free lifestyle might not understand all that you have to go through when it comes to staying healthy.
