Last night, I ate leftovers for dinner, which, to me, were not nearly as “post-worthy” as what Mal ate. His dinner actually cracked me up because it was such a typical guy’s meal: an enormous plate of white pasta, Parmesan, and butter on top of 4 “chicken” breasts. It was a huge mound of un-colorful food! Mal pretty much ate it all, too!
And, of course, the typical guy’s meal would not be complete without The Champagne of Beers!
Taste: “Wicked good! It doesn’t taste like real chicken, but it’s good. It’s kind of it’s own thing. These would be great in a chicken sandwich or grilled with BBQ sauce. If you made Chicken Parmesan with these cutlets, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.”
Texture: “Good texture. Almost the same as chicken. Pretty moist, but not really juicy.”
Preparation: “Easy. Just brush each side of the cutlets with olive oil and cook in toaster oven for 20 minutes. When they start to look liked grilled chicken breasts, they are done.”
I love Mal’s face in this first picture! He’s such a goofball!
