When I was a kid I hated broccoli, black eyed peas, rice, and beets among other things. As an adult I've had to learn that my taste buds have changed. Now I really like broccoli, black eyed peas and rice. I'm still waiting on the beets. Just because you didn?t like something as a child or even as a teenager, that doesn?t mean you?ll never like it. So try a few of those healthy foods you may have been passing by on the assumption that you still wouldn't like them.
