1. Drink water or Pelligrino with lemon wedges. 2. Use balsamic for dressing. 3. Say no to the bread and appetizers. 4. Share your entree or pack up half before eating. 5. Skip dessert unless it's fresh berries. --- Bonus: Tip well. Kindness increases endorphins.

I really like your points. Thanks for sharing! I also tend to split an entree with a friend (which also splits cost and waste), or eating high fiber before going to the restaurant.
