I find that when I try to increase my fiber intake - I am too full to eat other food...anyone else have this problem? If so, do you know of a good all natural supplement that can help but not...how do I say this politely...loosen things up too much?
I have just been told by my doctor to eat more fiber, as well. I was also concerned about things getting...ahem...too loose, but have yet to have that problem. What I've done is to buy Fiber One cereal (only 60 calories per 1/2 cup). It tastes OK, and is pretty good to munch on. I keep it in my desk at work and kind of snack on it throughout the day. It's much more natural than getting supplements, yet is not heavy, so it doesn't fill me up too much either.
