Today’s intake.

Apple, lemon, ginger juice

Apple,chard, kale, carrot, spinach ginger, juice

Coconut water x3

Green smoothie- coconut meat, papaya, coconut water, spirulina, ice

Fruit salad


Felt great! I live doing simple days like this. I needed it after the travel. Tomorrow I’ll be traveling again so I stocked up on salad fixings and coconuts for the plane. Yoga will be starting up again for me on Friday, looking forward to it.
