Exercise: ChaLEAN Extreme: Burn #3 (using resistance bands) Holy butt kicker. My arms, inner thighs and shoulders are still burning 24 hours later!
Post Exercise SnackDelicious! I wake up at 4:15 to work out and normally eat breakfast after I drop off the kids at home (between 8:45-9), but I'm STARVING and will eat way too much, so I'm trying to find something quick to eat in between exercising and taking them to school.
Breakfast: Toads in a hole. We used to have this all the time growing up and it was my favorite breakfast. So good and really hit the spot. I also had a banana and my favorite part; the little toasted circles :) Lunch: Roast beef/swiss/mustard sandwich with broccoli and a grapefruit
Dinner: Salad with italian dressing, steak, mac&cheese
