So I’ve been browsing some of my older blog entries, and it’s a lot of fun- almost a timeline of my life! From Freshman year, to Italy, moving into my house last year. The funniest part of the ‘timeline’ is when Nick starts showing up- I talked about him a couple times in late September/early October, and I have comments saying “Did I miss something? Is Nick a new boyfriend?” ha. I ignored them, trying to keep him on the DL… truth was we had been dating for almost a month (our anniversary is Sept 6th) but I didn’t know where it was going to go! Obviously we ended up hating each other
Anywho, that was kind of fun to relax after a long day.
I woke up this morning, tied up my new sneakers…

and headed straight to the gym with my mom. I did my usual HIIT and guess what… NO ANKLE PAIN!! Zero, zilch! It was the sneakers all along! I am so relieved. I also hit 9.6 mph- a 6:15 mile- for my “10″!!! I LOVE the BFL workouts!! I felt awesome after.
I came home, made breakfast and took my vitamins.
Breakfast was the usual…
Egg scramble with veggies, LCL wedge + mrs. dash, plus a new addition of Ezekiel toast and the love of my life Bettr’n Peanut Butter.
Mom + I headed to the grocery store to grab some much needed extra groceries (ok, not ALL of it was “much needed”)…
Then I came home, made meal #2 and got studying!
Kashi Go Lean + 0% chobani + cinnamon
I paused mid-study for a smoothie…
Banana + EAS Vanilla + lots of ice + cinnamon
I worked on my new Examiner.com article on Nutrition Bars … Check it out!
And I finished up my Behind The Food post on supplements. (If you haven’t seen it, it’s the one right before this!)
Meal #4 was a tasty platter of turkey rolls with kalamata hummus + a nectarine
I made a new recipe from the September issue of Oxygen Magazine. It’s one of my favorite mags, it always has great recipes!

I served my lean chicken bites with TJ’s organic ketchup + Annie’s honey mustard and green beans on the side.

I loved them! So glad I made two servings so I can enjoy another one tomorrow =)
And finally, to finish my night…
A fresh Macintosh.
Time for bed, night!
