This is just a quick one - what (if anything) is your view of Halloumi cheese from a health point of view? Thanks!

My take on dairy is sort of like my take on meat: If it’s high quality and you’re not sensitive to it, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with eating it in moderation.
By high quality, I mean organic, hormone-free, and ideally, made from the milk of pastured (grass-fed) cows. If you only invest in dairy like this, you’ll probably consume less naturally.
On a foodie note, I think halloumi cheese is delicious and is a great addition to Greek salads!
