Either way, whole wheat is the way to go! A few reasons just to remind you all this Sunday (maybe someone made a nice dinner and WHITE rolls) One of my biggest reasons is the fact is has no fiber! It clogs ya all up! If you're not moving food from you, and it's chillin in your intestines, it'll make you tired. Speaking of tired, white bread spikes your blood sugar, again, leaving you more tired shortly thereafter. Another reason, bread comes from wheat, which is NOT white. It should be brown, it goes through a very unnatural process to get out all the brown stuff (the stuff thats good for you) I could go on and on about how terrible white bread is for you. Basically it is completely void of any health benefits. There you have it, my white bread rant! :) For some reason, it really kills me to eat the stuff. It's like a vegetarian trying to eat chicken. It just doesn't appeal to me knowing what it does to my body. IF you don't like wheat bread, just suck it down till you do. It really doesn't taste better. It has taste!
