5 Stars The Vegetarian Low Carb Diet
I bought this book as a bit of a last ditch attempt for vegetarian weight loss.
I found the food great and the diet very easy to follow.
I didn’t feel hungry at all and found my carb-rich cravings disappeared very quickly.
I am not an overweight person – i more wanted it as a kick-start getting back into training.
I lost 4kg’s in 9 days with minimal exercise.
This book is very educational and i feel i have a much better grasp on how and why low-carb dieting works.

this is basically an Atkins diet but vegatarian, and low carb, high protien. I thought this book was very helpful.

I prefer books that just give you the information without a lot of opinion. Also, there’s not a lot to this book. I haven’t opened it again since the day I received it.

this book has enabled me to lose weight, but doing it vegetarian. The first month of the diet I did not have time for making recipes, but followed suggestions for people who are busy, but this month I plan to incorporate some suggested dishes. I recommend this to anyone who is vegetarian, but would like to lose weight low carb!!
