I’ve only tried a few recipes so far, but each one has been delicious! Even my picky 3 yo likes them. The recipes are quick and healthy and tasty – just what I was looking for!!

This book has excellent recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and fairly easy to prepare. My only complaint is that my copy is falling apart. Pages have fallen out chunks at a time.

I have been using this cookbook for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The recipes are delicious, healthy and simple. Having the right tools to cook with fresh foods is a must: food processor, garlic press, great knives. After working a long day, it’s nice to be able to prepare a healthy dinner in about 30 minutes. My husband and I have each lost 10 lbs and we always have plenty to eat. Our son is 9 and he is loving the tasty meals. It is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle and we LOVE it!
5 Stars South Beach Quick & Easy Recipe Cookbook
I bought this to accompany the South Beach Super Charged book to have more recipes. This book compliments the Super Charged because the recipes are labeled Phase 1, 2, or 3. Having this header note takes the guess work out of can I eat this recipe now or wait till Phase 2 or 3.
Additionally, these recipes can be made to take to potluck parties that will be occuring over the summer. Now I KNOW I can eat something, feel like I’m treating myself and not slowing/stopping my weightloss.
The fact that these recipes can made in 30-minutes or less is another bonus for me. I highly recommend this cookbook. IF you are not sure, then check it out at your local library.. I always do that before buying. Enjoy!
